Food Bank Announcement

In light of the recent cuts (to both the Oregon Food Bank and the USDA) our Community Service is in need of food and money donations.

If you prefer to donate food, the following needs are at the top of our list:

·        FLOUR

·        MASA

·        VEG. OIL

·        RICE

·        BEANS (BLACK)

·        NOODLES

Please choose one of the above food items, and donate as much of that single item as possible. We typically serve 50 – 75 families (which is around 250 individuals) so we need LOTS of the same, few items.

If you prefer to donate money, so we can buy fresh food that would be very helpful. We would use the donated funds to buy items like eggs, cheese, and milk.

Another need is diapers (in sizes 3, 4, and 5) so if you would prefer to donate non-food items, diapers are our greatest need.
